  • Yael started her fitness career 20 years ago as a personal trainer, she has now become a certified fitness trainer and nutritionist as well as group exercise fitness instructor that specializes in applying biomechanics techniques.

    At the age of 18 Yael started her career as a fitness professional serving in the IDF - (Israeli Defense Forces). After training (during her mandatory army service) she became a fitness instructor for male and female soldiers. After her army service, she earned her fitness degree in physical education from Vingate Institute in Israel.

    In the year 2000 Yael moved to the US and got certified as a Personal Trainer with NASM - National Academy Sports Medicine. She earned her CES - Corrective Exercise Specialist certification with IDEA.  

  • After earning her various certifications; Yael has worked extensively with thousands of clients; from training private clients, to leading group classes in various prestigious health clubs, from 360 health club, Spectrum Club, 24 Hour Fitness Gym just to name a few.

    Yael has participated in a TV show as a fitness expert, and later she got an opportunity to design Bone Density programs for Save Institute - a large online company and was starring those programs in front of the camera. 

    Yael established her own fitness studio in Calabasas CA. This has allowed Yael to consult with clients privately and her focus has shifted on the rehabilitation of athletes and private clients by integrating corrective exercises techniques after assessing and addressing the causes of symptoms of pain. Her speciality is to look at the body and understand what muscles and movements have been affected and then give her clients exercises that can get their muscles heal and to function better / perform better.. Having her private studio has facilitated Yael to help a vast number of clients that range in age, gender and capabilities.

  • Her services include meal plan for weight loss, a personalized exercise corrective plan that focuses on flexibility exercises that help realign the joint structures and muscle imbalances we all have. She incorporates all various techniques in all of her trainings that help aid in addressing and eliminating joint pain, so that her clients become pain-free and gaining more range of motion.

    Yael yet again has learned to pivot with the changing times and in order to continue training her clients when Covid struck she began teaching a systematic virtual group exercise class call She‘Fit, this class is still taking place twice a week.
